At EKRFC we take enormous pride in the way we respect The Shirt, Our Opponents, All Officials, Ourselves, our Teammates and indeed the game of Rugby
Teamwork
Building from a strong base in the academy engendering a style and system of play promoting the team ethic and the effects of teamwork on expected outcomes, inherent within our new player pathway.
Integrity
As a club we will always behave with integrity abiding by the rules of the game, our leaders will demonstrate integrity in all of their club activities and we expect the same of all players, coaches and members.
Inclusivity
We believe in sport for all and as our sport is rugby we will be seeking to ensure that anyone who wishes to enjoy rugby within our club is provided with a safe, welcoming, friendly environment to develop and enjoy their rugby free from all bias and treated at all times equally.
Discipline
Central to the sport of rugby is the discipline of its participants. We expect all members of our clubs to show levels of discipline dealing with all aspects of their involvement within the club and externally.
